Guess which children&#039;s charity had planted someone to grovellingly applaud the effectiveness of the government&#039;s approach to consultation and the excellence of the ContactPoint system? Here&#039;s a hint: it begins with a B.

He complains about lack transparency in discourse, then rigs the Q&amp;A. What does that tell you?</description>
