Everything else, including most aspects which the current government and its IPS believe so important, are really just petty bureaucracy and "make-work" for officials. Just imaging the difference if officials really could distinguish "friends" from "foe" at our borders... or anywhere else. At present, officials seem good at impeding "friends," while "foe" slip quietly past.
