We exchanged e-mails in Nov 2005 and I realised finding your reply I don&#039;t think I ever posted here as per your kind invite.
I continue to maintain a site and since Apr 2006 a blog &#039;Welcome to the QUAD&#039; which features an eclectic range of items across health, social care, informatics and education.
The site and blog concerns a universal conceptual framework called Hodges&#039; model:

I think she does well to echo the Cameron laws of identity, and note that &#039;guidelines&#039; etc don&#039;t mean much unless they are enforced. In that way, her speech hints at the cultural/behavioural aspects of these issues (she&#039;s pretty clear about the arrogant and/or unthinking way current government seems to approach issues of privacy). It&#039;s this aspect of the way forward on which I&#039;d like to see more thinking developed.</description>
