		<description>Where I live we have enjoyed 2.5 years of a Neighbourhood Management scheme. It&#039;s worked so well that residents want it to continue, but there is nothing but obstruction.

More residents signed in support of continuation than the majority of the winning candidate at the last local election, but the councillors won&#039;t even represent residents wishes to the rest of the council.</description>
